In 1993 technologists deployed another update which made the data bloat, energy demands and heat worse. Each byte computation performs 584 checks. Each check costs energy and creates heat. Because the computation is so high, the mitigation was water.

P30 update replaces the Unicode 8 and makes computation only take 3 checks instead of 584. The update eliminates the need for water and reduces energy and heat production by 99.4863% The PISO is going through reasonable disclosure with the industry to deploy the update to all computers.

What is a Planetary Bug Bash?
The Great Salt Lake is the nucleus of our Planet, and it is dehydrating in lockstep with the scaling of technology. The flip of a single bit may not seem like a lot in the context of landauers principle Energy ≥ kBTln(2), however 1,448,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 bits were flipped in 2025 generating a lot of heat. The Great Salt Lake is on the brink of death and I promised a crying child I would not let that happen. So I need NIST to brush up on their Quantum Information Physics and participate in my Planetary Bug Bash to save The Great Salt Lake--and Earth. There is no time to waste, it is unlikely the lake will last much longer without intervention so get rid of those superiors with egos, the situation is serious and existence is at stake.
Seriously there is no higher priority on your roadmap than the continuation of life. I need all your minds to be fully present and not be threatened by this triage of our government systems. I need you to document your efforts in the public eye as we discuss root causes of anthropogenic climate change. I paid the ultimate price for knowledge and I will not be swept aside like other women in history before me.
